SMITH HAYES Wrap Fee Programs
SMITH HAYES Advisers, Inc. is a Registered Investment Adviser and provides investment management services for a fee. The fee is dependent upon the nature of the services rendered, size and type of the account, and other factors. Investment Management fees may vary depending on the desires of the client. A client may choose to pay a management fee plus other fees including, but not limited to, commissions, transaction costs per ticket, and account administration; or the client may elect to bundle all costs into one of our wrap fee programs. The following are three programs that SMITH HAYES offers:
- Advantage I Account
- Advantage II Account
- Advantage Plus Account
The Advantage I Account is a nondiscretionary "wrap fee" account. The Advantage II Account is a standard discretionary "wrap fee" account. The Advantage Plus Account is a standard discretionary wrap fee account with the added flexibility of a "mini account" which allows the client to allocate some or all of their assets under management to one or more investment styles. All clients allocating some or all of their assets to the Advantage Plus Account in the same style will have their allocated assets invested in substantially the same securities as the other clients in that style. Purchases and sales of securities in the mini-account will be bunched and allocated to achieve some savings on commissions.
For more detail information about each program, please refer to the "Schedule H Disclosure Statement Form" and the "Form ADV Part II" which are located under the Forms Tab of the website.
